Another sound piece of work, Gillian. I would add that folks may drink heavily and have a bout of alcoholic hepatitis. They then mistake the terrible feeling of the next day to being hungover. But it is the alcoholic hepatitis. In your early cases you will not be yellow. This time though it will take longer to get better. Unfortunately, this spurs the alcoholic to drink more.
