As a psychiatrist and some one who has had many medical emergencies incluidng stage 4 cancer, 911 calls, multiple surgeries etc over the past decade, I am very familiar with the struggle to manage adversity. But after reading this I would not know what to do. It all sounds very nice and flowery but gives no real advice to the victim. I do not like to write critical reviews, but you should avoid giving life advice (as oppossed to your own personal experience) without much first hand knowledge as well as study of the subject. This article suggests neither.
