As usual, an insightful article. I might add that beginning by accepting life on its terms is a good way to become grounded. Your body, energy, personal situation all provide limitations on what you can do. This only grows with age. By accepting this you can settle the fights of all the things you should/could be doing. Take care of what is yours: your responsibilities, especially the people in your life. If you want to try something, make a small but consistent commitment. Perhaps write one page only each day. Keep the commitment limited so it is doable. You will then know if it is for you.
