I am a psychiatrist with interest in this area. You have hit the nail on the head, Dr. Henderson. Suggestions for 5 minutes of stretching or breathing exercises will not change your day. Even more involved regimens will help you cope, not make you better from a bad situation. Bad workplaces create burnout not people lacking resilience or self-care.,
