I think it would be important to add that being a member of the LGBTQ community is not a sin. Many liberal Christians (even the Catholic Pope) preach acceptance for gay people as if they are accepting sinners. It is long overdue that we get past this. For countless millions being gay is part of being human just like being heterosexual. Until Christians get there they are acting just like the Pharisees.
