Kinnari--I share your fascination with this idea. What about the notion that pulsars and quasars are the other sides of black holes in alternate universes. They expel massive amounts of energy and no one knows where this all comes from. There is no process, not even the fusion taking place in many stars that could explain it. Maybe some commentary on this would make a good next article.
