Thanks Yash. This is tough stuff so I appreciate you laying it out for us. Many people may not know the math (e.g. the meaning of derivatives and integrals) so maybe a bit more simplifying for some would be in order. This is the challenge of the science writer. Make things accessible without losing their profundity.
