This is a great practice that needs more publicity as it does not shine in these days of CBD oil and mindfulness--as pointed out by the author. I did it 35 years ago with a group of very anxious veterans at a VA hospital. We practiced each week. Most did remarkably well conquering their various phobias. It can be the basis of any meditation. So thanks, Markham, keep telling people about this. It is easy to do and very helpful!
