WIth mountains of content telling us "5 ways to improve...," "10 ways to succeed at..." we have lost the simple genius of going slow. Taking a nap. Breathing. It can reinvigorate us for the 5 things and 10 things, but that's not the point. Follow Kate's advice. Just rest.
